The boat measures 29.5long 12tall and 9wide. Ive tested the motor and it powers up. All the electronics/ servos are installed and there is a a Novak T-4 speed control installed. It works but I would recommend going through it because it hadnt been used in a while. You will need batteries and that it the controller is included. The back fake antenna fell off when I was cleaning and will have to be reattached by you , it is included. Im pretty sure that is the only thing wrong.
